Game Crash
- install the latest C++ redistributive https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- install the latest video card drivers
- be sure that your PC meets the requirements for the game at least:
Required 64-bit processor and Operating
systemOS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
CPU: Intel Core i3 or AMD equivalent
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD equivalent
Memory: 8 GB RAMDisk space: 12 GB HHDDirectX: Version 11
Sound: DirectX - compatible audio card
If you still have crashes then please send us a report from the game folder using the application: ReportSender.exe
Resolution issue
If you have a resolution issue then please delete ioptions.bin file. The file can be found here: C:\Users\[Your Login]\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\Ultimate General_ American Revolution\
It required me to download an old version of it! If cancel to download the old version, they will won't download. if I choice yes then cancel, it will download about 22 percent then not download again. I paid $55 buck for not this problem
Power went out in a thunderstorm since then I can not run the game and whenever I try to reinstall it says: NaN app.label.size.undefined.
guys when is the next part of the game coming out
cant load in the game i always get a ugar.exe error... does anyone know how to fix that
